Steal an Egg pets are hatched from the eggs you steal and grow in your base, and every one of them pays a cash-per-second income while equipped. This page ranks every pet we can source, grouped by tier rather than by biome, so you can see at a glance which hatches are worth the grind.

Tiers reflect income value and obtainability, not just rarity. A Divine roll on any pet beats every non-Divine variant regardless of base rarity. Meanwhile a Common pet earning a tiny tick is still better than an empty slot.

Steal an Egg rarity tiers, explained

The in-game Index sorts Steal an Egg pets by rarity rather than by the letter grades used above. From most common to rarest, the ladder runs:

8. Secret
9. Eternal
10. Divine

Two things trip new players up. First, rarity is not the same as income — a Divine roll on a low-rarity pet out-earns a plain high-rarity one, which is why the tier list above sorts by value rather than by the Index ladder. Second, the ladder is not the whole story: event and limited eggs (the Brainrot and Monster eggs) roll their own fixed hatch tables instead of drawing from a biome pool, so a limited pet can sit at Eternal while every pet in the biome it came from is Legendary or lower.

The newest biome reported by guide coverage — Titan Temple, added with the Monster Update — is where the current top Divine pets are said to drop. We list the names on the Monster Update page but we do not publish incomes we cannot source, so treat any “best pet” figure you see elsewhere as a snapshot rather than a fact.

The newest pets: Update 4 (Angels vs Demons)

The most recent content drop added 16 named pets, split into a Light pool and a Dark pool. Both pools follow the same shape — two low-tier entries, two Cosmic pets, two Secrets, one Eternal and one Divine — which makes the Eternal and Divine pets of each side the ones worth planning around:

• Light pool (Angel Egg): Light Dove (Legendary), Winged Lamb (Mythic), Sacred Moth and Holy Peacock (Cosmic), Pure Jellyfish and Centaur (Secret), Pegasus (Eternal) and ArchAngel (Divine).
• Dark pool (Demon Egg): Flame Sprite (Legendary), Toro (Mythic), Imp and Demon Hound (Cosmic), Gargoyle and RazorFang (Secret), Skeleton Horse (Eternal) and World Burner (Divine).

Rarity is not the whole story here. The four Eternal and Divine pets are also the only pets the hidden Secret Fusion Shrine accepts, and mixing a Light pet with a Dark pet produces pets that neither egg can hatch. How many Steal an Egg pets are there?

There is no fixed answer, because the Index grows every time the developer ships a Saturday update. Two independent trackers that read the in-game Index directly counted roughly 106 pets across 11 biomes plus 18 limited-egg pets in early September 2026. We deliberately publish only the pets we can attribute to a source, which is why the list above is shorter than the tracker totals — a missing entry here means “unconfirmed”, not “does not exist”.

How do you get a Red Panda egg and a Salamander egg in Steal an Egg?

Both the Red Panda and the Salamander hatch from the Cherry Blossom Egg — the end-game egg added on August 22, 2026. You need roughly 2.5 billion Speed to reach the Cherry Blossom biome nests, where the Red Panda is a Mythic roll and the Salamander is a Legendary roll. The Red Panda is the default mid-end-game income engine of the pool, while a Bloom-mutated Salamander can out-earn a plain Red Panda, so mutations matter more than base tier here.
