What is the Fuse Machine in Steal an Egg?
The Fuse Machine is an essential crafting station located in your base that allows players to combine three copies of the exact same pet to craft an upgraded variant or force rare mutation rolls (such as Golden, Rainbow, or Huge variants).
While fusion provides an excellent way to clear duplicate inventory clutter, it permanently consumes all three input pets. Understanding the mathematics of team cash-per-second (CPS) is crucial before sacrificing valuable assets.

The Secret Fusion Shrine: a second, hidden fusion system
Update 4 added a room that plays by different rules to everything above. The Secret Fusion Shrine is hidden behind the waterfall that faces the large gate at the end of the new biome, and it does not want duplicates at all. It wants one Light pet and one Dark pet, both at Eternal or Divine tier, placed on separate pedestals.
The two documented output recipes are Equinox (from Pegasus plus Skeleton Horse) and Aetheron (from ArchAngel plus World Burner). Pets from outside the new biome are not accepted, even if they are the same rarity, and a same-side pair — two Light or two Dark — produces nothing, which is the mistake most players make on their first visit. If two players each contribute one pet, both walk away with a Fusion Egg; the egg itself still has to be hatched in a pen.
