The speed ladder
Your Speed stat comes from treadmill training. Every biome beyond the starter zone is gated by a speed threshold.

Biome strategy & progression
Do not rush gates blindly. Gated biomes are strictly defended by biome Guardians. Entering a biome near the bare minimum entry gate often ends in disaster because carrying a physical egg reduces your sprinting speed by 20% to 40%.
Guardian Mechanics & The 2x Speed Safety Rule
Every biome from the Lake to Cherry Blossom is patrolled by aggressive Guardian entities (Swan, Bengal Tiger, Mammoth, T-Rex, Hellhound, Moby, and the Sakura Spirit).
- Ragdoll Hard Hitstun: If a Guardian touches you while carrying an egg, your character gets knocked down (Ragdolled) for 2 full seconds, and your egg drops to the floor on a 15-second despawn timer.
- The 2x Speed Safety Rule: Always aim to achieve at least 2x the listed speed gate before running egg heists (e.g., have 10,000+ Speed for the 5,000 Desert gate, and 200,000+ Speed for Snow). This guarantees you can outrun guardian lunges even while burdened by Heavy/Giant eggs.
- Huge Pet Decoy Aggro: Equipping a Huge-tier pet draws guardian aggro away from you, allowing you to steal contested eggs safely during group raids.
Speed milestones that buff your account
Beyond opening biome gates, certain speed milestones grant permanent account buffs:
- Speed 150: Doubles your base mutation chance from 2% to 4% across all egg hatches.
- Speed 1.5M (Storm Peaks): Unlocks access to the server-wide Cosmic Egg rotation events.
- Speed 2.5B (Cherry Blossom): Unlocks the Great Bloom event and the Sakura Incubator.

- Biomes escalate: Forest → Desert → Jungle → Snow → Volcano → Abyss Ocean → Prehistoric → Cosmic, each gated by higher Speed (Cosmic needs ~700M).
- Every zone has its own rarity pool — even the first zone can drop a Legendary; each biome hatches different pet tiers.
- At night the eggs reset and a secret egg (e.g. the T-Rex in Prehistoric) can spawn — be ready the moment it resets.
- The Fuse Machine combines 3 of the same pet into a better-luck pet.
- Use bear traps to steal rivals’ eggs, and use Trails / game passes (2x Money, 2x Growth, Grow All) to multiply progression.
